Meat itself is not enough to complete the meal. Our gourmet department carries the complimentaries to complete your shopping experience. On the cheese section, we carry more than 30 cheeses from Holland, France, Australia and Switzerland. Also available are a whole range of home made antipastos, cold pasta salads, dips, sauces, spices, herbs, condiments and marinades.

For those who cannot be satisfied on meat alone, we offer a unique range of pasta, hand made and individually frozen for longevity. Simply defrost and cook with boiling water and they are ready with your favorite home made pasta sauces made by Espirito Santo.

Our cheese collection is small, but refined and exemplary. Fresh cheeses are air freighted to our store twice a month: Mozzarella, Swiss Emmenthaler, Blue Cheese, Brie, Camembert, Parmesan and Goat Cheese Manchego. More than 30 premium cheeses are available in our Parkway Parade Store. The same way we serve our meats, our cheeses are imported whole and portion cut to our customers’ request. Use them for cooking, serve with dessert, compliment with wine, or simply enjoy them as they are!

Fresh leaves are air flown everyday from Australian vegetable farms direct to our store. Our salads collections include Baby Spinach, Rocket and Mixed Lettuce. Our ready mixed gourmet salads with dressings are available along with your favorite order of meats.

Grilled Eggplant, Semi Sun Dried Tomatoes, Marinated Artichokes, Barbequed Mushroom Bottoms and Mellow Green Olives. Add a little prosciutto and it’s a complete antipasto platter. The Espirito Santo House Antipasto mix is a “must-try”.
