At Espirito Santo, we believe that bastes, marinades, rubs and finishing sauces are the foundation of cooking good meat. They transform ordinary meats into grilles of the highest distinction. They are the essential seasonings that give grilled fare the character, personality and very soul. They are the best kept secrets of our butchers. If there is a secret in a good roast, this is where the fine prints are found.

All the condiments we reach for most often: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Rock Salt, Coarse Sea, Pickles and Sauerkraut. All these are specially selected to compliment our gourmet foods and not available in other supermarkets.

Also new to our store are a big range of specially imported New Zealand organic mustards, sauces and avocado oils (available only in our Parkway Parade store).

Great food must be accompanied by great wine. Espirito Santo collects our labels from fine dining restaurants and hotels, each one suited for specific meals. Reasonably priced and superbly suited to the tastes of our gourmet range, our small collections are handpicked to compliment each food group.

Our wine are sold at wholesale prices and due to our ever changing labels, we are unable to keep up with the price lists. Wines are sold off the rack at our Parkway Parade store only.
