All meats are value added by our gourmet butchers with no extra charges, whether they are prepared sliced, marinated, roast tied, stuffed, shabu-shabu, or butchered to specifications. We carry only the highest quality premium beef exclusively imported from Australia, New Zealand and Brazil. With more than 40 specialty cuts from different cattle breeds and feeds, our collection includes the Ribeye, Prime Rib, Striploin, Tenderloin, Potter House, T-Bone, Sirloin, Rump, Hump, Brisket, Topside, Silverside, Shank, Flank, Chuck and Tail. Our standard beef collection includes the grain fed, grass fed, Certified Angus and Waygu, dry aged to ensure maximum tenderness.

Finally, the ban on American beef imports is lifted! With the outbreak of MCD in the USA, we have been unable to import Prime American Corn Fed Beef for the past three years. Please call us for more information on the availability of Prime USDA Graded Beef as we work on bringing them into Singapore.

Espirito Santo is proud to be the only butchery in Singapore retailing Brazilian beef cuts prepared specially for the best Churrascarias in town. For our customers doing a weekend Brazilian backyard BBQ, we offer you the Picanha, Maminha, Cupim, Alcatra and Fraudinha – The preparation and roasting for Churrascaria meats are very different from conventional methods so be sure to ask our head butcher for recommendations on rock salt marinades and roasting.

Lamb is one of the most ancient domesticated animals enjoyed by every culture, religion and region throughout history. As we do with all our meats, we ensure that our air freighted New Zealand and Australian lambs are cut fresh, well trimmed and tender thru a careful selection process. Whether it is the Rack, Leg, Shank, Tenderloin, Chop, Neck, Shoulder or Chump, our Young Lamb cuts are always come with fresh pink flesh and a cleaned layer of white fat.

There is no extra charge to our lamb racks even if you order them “Frenched” or decorated into Guards or Crown Roasts. Same goes for our Stuffed Lamb Loin, Lamb Leg or Shoulder.

We challenge the taste buds of our customers by transforming plain chicken and pork into gourmet recipes marinated with fresh herbs and spices, stuffed with ingredients like ricotta cheese and wrapped with bacon or ham. You can also have your chicken and pork simply chilled, whole, or sliced to your liking, but we do recommend for you to try out our marinated recipes as they carry more value for money.

Whether it is honey glazed Baby Back Rack, Pork Loin or Lemon and Thyme Chicken with Stuffing, our butchers will make your chicken and pork taste like no others.

New to our product range are the American Korubuta Pork (Black hogs) and Australian free range chicken.

The best Veal is from calf raised on milk for about 12 weeks. Espirito Santo carries Baby Bob and Free Range Veal from the most outstanding feedlots in Australia and New Zealand. The greater the proportion of our calves’ diet is milk to ensure tenderness and delicate flavor. Our veal cuts include the Rib, Roast, Loin, Escalope and Shank (Osso Bucco).
