To ensure optimal flavor and freshness, each order is hand cut, securely packed and delivered straight from our butcheries - Fresh from our hands to your door.

With our new online butcher shop, we can now extend our signature service, quality and selection to all our customers online. In order to make sure that every order is executed properly, we have decided that it would not be the best to order through an online shopping cart. To us, a slice of beef is not simply a slice of beef. It can be thin cut for the pan, or thickly sliced for a grille. It can also be simply chilled, or marinated with one of our several House recipes. So the only way to do this right is the good old fashion ways of our trademark counter service, whether it is sharing a cooking tip, making a recommendation of which meat to use, or simply spending a few minutes to make sure that your meat is done exactly the way you like it. These are the reasons why we feel that simply clicking away on an online shopping cart will not be the most beneficial to our customers.

Our online catalog can be downloaded so you can review our full range of products. You may then make your order by phone, fax or by email. Our butchers will call you back to ask a few questions to ensure that the order is right and to confirm the exact price and your preferred delivery time. An even better way to order is to call our Head Butchers and speak with them directly. After all, we are still a little butcher shop and our commitment is to make sure that you have a peak dining experience with the meat you choose.

Delivery may be done within the same day, but we encourage a day in advance in order to prepare your selections with the utmost care. As long as we receive your order before 12pm, we can deliver on the same day by 6pm.

Starting Jan 2006, deliveries are free with a minimum purchase of eighty dollars. For home deliveries less than eighty dollars, only $10.00 will be charged. We regret that we are unable to do home deliveries for orders less than $50.00.

For roasted products, please call by 12 noon if you want the delivery to be made on the same day. It is advisable to order your roasts a day in advance so it allows us to marinade the meats overnight for deeper flavor.

All fresh and frozen food products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. Your orders will be packed in an insulated container for delivery in a refrigerated truck. This manner of packing assures the arrival of your perishables in superb condition.

We have selected products for their outstanding quality and know that you will be delighted with your selections. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly replace your purchase or offer a full refund. We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously.
